Refund Determination:

Non-Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change in project requirements or scope after the commencement of the project.
  • Client dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or subjective opinions.
  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner.
  • Termination of services due to violation of our terms of service or contractual agreement by the client.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of the management team. The decision to grant a partial refund and the amount of the refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the case. Refunds will be processed within 7-12 working days from the date of approval.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or legal action as per the terms of the governing contract or agreement.
